Beautiful showroom, friendly staff, Love my Jeep. But they lie. There is no reason for it. The lies they told me were pointless. Apparently, they delete comments that are in agreement to bad reviews as well. two have been deleted.
I am always taken care of professionally and promptly!! I advise for u to do business with Jay as he has a great sales force (MATTHEW and Ralphy), a great detail shop and maintenance shop!!! Always greeted with smiles and enthusiasm by his receptionists!!!
Get your paperwork before signing anything!! The old bait and switch still lives at cape coral dodge .Selling extended warranties on commercial vehicles that are clearly excluded from that warranty!! But try to get your money back when they are discovered as selling a fraudulent warranty, youll get the run around for months, like us! Dont think Jay will help you, he wont even respond to numerous emails, their practices border on fraud where warranties are concerned. Charles Santana was awesome. He greeted us when we were towed into the dealership after while traveling the transmission in our 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins blew. He was our liaison between the dealership and the warranty company. He kept us updated daily. He was able to organize everything so we were back on the road within 6 days We were so grateful. Would recommend this dealership. And a big thank you to the mechanic who did the work on our truck runs beautifully!
