First time visiting this NTUC operated foodcourt. The place is loud, everyone seems to lift their voice to talk. Things are not as affordable as the L3 food court though both are operated by Kopitiam (NTUC) Order the fried fish soup with rice. Shocked by the addition of $0.50 for add milk. Had not met such a charge before for adding milk to fried fish soup. Usually, the seller ask if we want, to omit it, in case buyer do not prefer. For this case, it is to add into FRIED FISH.
