Extremely disappointing experience on 4 May 2026 at around 5:40pm onwards. I visited with the expectation of a normal, pleasant transaction, but instead was met with shockingly rude and dismissive behavior from the lady at the counter. Mala Hotpot - (25/4/26 @ est 8.15pm) Female Cashier with bad service and attitude problem. 1) Requested for no peanuts to be mix on the mala due to allergies reasons, yet there is peanuts mix. Repeated to her twice. 2) Showed annoyance when requesting for takeaway utensils.
Lunch 2 Mar '26 Fri Disappointing yong taufu. Pieces didn't taste good, except for cuttlefish, beehoon and vege. Fishball was big but could barely taste the fish - seems like 90% flour. Bitter gourd was hard and much too bitter. Fish cake tasted a bit off. Even the free beans were too soft and powdery. Maybe their fried version is better.
Good options to try different cuisines. Had Green curry fried rice chicken in Thai and Fried fish fried in Wok Qi on different occasions. Both are equally good.
