As I have a close relative staying in this hospital, I have been patronising this food court almost daily for more than three weeks. During this time, I have noticed that the Chinese lady in dyed hair, with glasses at the coffee stall can be rather impolite and impatient, especially when serving foreign workers. The menu has one kaya toast price written as $1. However, cashier refused to give me only one and said minimum two if ala carte and charged me $2. If it was true that minimum was two, then why menu has price for one?? Seems like cheating
Indian lady so lazy at chicken rice stall so lazy. put tray infront but always put food at the counter beside the cashier instead always had to ownself take and put on my tray
We were charged $31 for 2 bowls of takeaway Yong Tau Foo. When we questioned the calculations, the store staff impatiently brushed it off and insisted it was correct. When we got home, we found one of the orders was missing the noodles, and the soup base was also wrong. This is a rip-off. The store staff doesn’t care about doing her job.
Ordered Tomato Soup base but was serve normal soup. Told the staff the soup is wrongly served, and her face changed. Says that I did not order Tomato soup base. I told her the order and says that the second bowl is Mala Dry (Hot) and Tomato soup base is for the first bowl. So she says “I didn’t charge $1 for the soup, you need top up $1.
