This was my first visit. Everything was very clean, the employees were very nice and welcoming and Jessie did a great job on my pedicure. Will be back again!

It all depends on who you get. I went in about a month ago (I had Moon) and had the best pedicure of my life. I went again last week for a mani/pedi (I had Andy) and was rushed through. It wasn't relaxing at all. I already need another manicure because he hardly groomed my nails. He did my manicure while I was still sitting in the pedicure chair. He argued with me about my polish color twice. It was awkward and uncomfortable. Don't think I'll be back, and if I do, I'll be sure not to get stuck with the same guy.
Very frustrating. I went in for a pedicure and was out the door in 20 min. I don't feel like I got what I paid for. This is not the first time.
The best salon with the best service in Birmingham! The staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth braving 280!
Kent is phenomenal! I'm VERY particular about my nails, and I have absolutely no complaints. I will definitely be going back time and time again.
