I went for the first (and last) time yesterday July 19, 2020 for a pedicure. I am 58 years old and have had countless pedicures in my life. This was the absolute worse I have ever had. I’ve had many places cut the sides of my nails which just causes them to ingrow and become painful. That’s a win for them because you come back sooner for a pedicure. It was my first time at this nail salon, I walked in, my Ickes my color, and got seated quickly . The guy didn’t talk at all, it was kind of in a hurry, he didn’t ask how I wanted my nails shaped, or anything. My left thumb nail is shorter than my right. Some of my nails are different lengths . They aren’t shaped the same. It just wasn’t a good experience for me . I wouldn’t recommend it.
I went to get my SNS nails redone from when I went on Sept 15 this afternoon. I went in and wanted gel and a different color because of the poor color and quality I got with SNS. I explained I wanted them fixed from a week ago. It wasn’t until the very end that they let me know that there would be no discount and I paid full price for another manicure. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had such a great experience today! Came in after receiving the worst manicure I had ever had (at another salon) desperately needing to get it fixed. Danny and staff were so nice and accommodating! Tammy was so patient having to remove and completely redo my sns manicure and it looks fire! Thank you so much! I have finally found the best nail salon in town!
I paid $40 for a rushed, sloppy gel manicure. My nails are different shapes and lengths, and you can see my nail through the polish. I chose a blush color, but it looks like I have on a clear coat because the technician only used 2 coats of nail polish. As if all this wasn’t enough reason for me to not return, when I was at the counter checking out, the same technician would not give my debit card to me until I signed the receipt.
