They take reservations but don’t honor them. They do a lovely job if you get there when they aren’t busy, But if you have a schedule that requires appointments to happen when they are scheduled, this is not a good place to choose.
I came here with my friend on Thursday, October 25th, 2018. We came for mani/pedis for her wedding. she enjoyed her experience. I, on the other hand, did not. I worked with a lady named Hannah. She was very sweet, but she was rough with my hands. so rough, so cut my cuticles 3 times causing them to bleed. one of my fingers wouldn't stop bleeding. Too many negative experiences..Horrible customer service. There are too many nail shops to patronize rather than go someplace to be mistreated
I got my nails done here (dip powder with tips) and they lasted nearly a month! My nails normally last maybe a week and a half. Very slow and methodical but it’s very much worth it. I am not from Birmingham but I’m willing to drive almost 2 hours every time i get my nails done just to get them done here.
Love love love this place. I’ve gone here several times and have really loved the way they shape my nails & how long the gel lasts! I came in a little bit before close today & the lady (I didn’t catch her name) still took her time with my manicure and didn’t rush through it.
