Rooms are functional and clean. The restaurant is the star. Owner Nelio is a gem. Knowledgeable & down to earth. We can't wait to return to taste his food.
The hotel offers easy parking, with both in its own car park and free street parking nearby. The landlord was wonderful, waiting up for my late arrival and helping me with my bags. I stayed in two different rooms during the week, switching to a twin when my mum joined me. Both rooms were very clean with comfortable beds, and both had spacious en-suites. Highly recommend!
We’ve been saved! A little quaint hotel in the heart of Stamford. Owner Nelio(I think his name is) was so so welcoming and accommodating it’s all we could’ve asked for at such short notice. He found us a room and cooked up some dinner as soon as we got there. The place is older in style but it has all its charms and amenities which was perfect for us and all we needed that evening! Thank you very much, from some happy guests!
A quiet side-street location, handy for the railway station and a short walk from the town. Basic but comfortable rooms. Self-service breakfast provided in the rooms.
