Old blonde lady and security guard profiled me and my friends…staring us down the whole time and following us round the shop. She is Professor Umbridge levels of rudeness and condescension. Also she guilt tripped me into donating more to the already inflated price. Will never return.
I'm a regular consumer at this shop, and I like the way the staff works. The shop is really eye-catching, and whenever I enter, I find something for myself. They have really good stuff, and yes, sometimes the prices are a bit higher than what I'd expect from a charity shop, but I know that my money will go to a good place to help other people, and because of that, I don't mind leaving my money there. definitely not trying to raise money for cancer with the atrocious prices they have on their items and the bad attitude the old blonde lady has. £30 for an ed hardy wallet you can find on vinted for £5-6 !? and many other unbranded items going for 20/25 just because they’re “trendy”.
don’t go here, very rude staff and extremely disrespectful
horrific, i cannot believe that someone that tries to raise money for a cause can be so mean and so malicious; the blonde lady with the glasses is constantly starring you down and overpricing everything, i cannot even enjoy shopping there and I feel like leaving immediately because of her attitude.
