Went into today with my 4 year old she was politely looking at they toys buys a toy with her pocket money. The woman working rudely says can you tidy up please I don't want to break an ankle. I explain we always make sure things are in shelves and there is no toys on the floor so so so rude and unfriendly to us! Went Friday 13th march afternoon check ya attitude
My fav charity shop in all of Bristol. Sooooo many thing to look at / explore, an amazing team of people to help and a manager who always goes above and beyond to help. Viva la charity! X💫❤️😎
Amazing charity shop! Found a lovely variety of items. The manager is so friendly and sweet, even will make your day with a good chat.
Older lady working on the 29/11 in the purple beret was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me shop when I walked in as she was worried I would make a mess. Extremely rude blocked me as soon as I turned to the right of the store to look at the skirts. I tried to ask her to let me know when she was leaving that area as she was blocking me and my pram from looking. She told me that customers were very messy in that store and I would make a mess.
