Initially had a great experience with donating clothes however I popped by this morning 15 minutes before open to try and donate a few clothing bags, and I understand it’s just before open but the woman on duty was utterly rude and confrontational about the fact that I was there before open. Such a shame. I won’t be returning nor donating further.
Very nice shop. I had just bought a very heavy air fryer and needed a trolley immediately. They were selling pretty ones at 10 pounds. The lady, long brown hair, big brown glasses, immediately took off the parcel from the counter and put it on the floor. It would have hurt my back to lift it again. So I said no, I am buying this trolley, I will put it directly inside. She answered that she was in a bad mood and she started to clean up the counter. But my parcel was clean and new. Way over priced! When I went there was a basics primark t-shirt worth max £5 brand new discoloured with a £12 price tag!
