We were in Llandudno for the weekend and decided to stay at the Can-Y-Bae Hotel and were not disappointed. Treated to a complimentary drink upon arrival was a first for us which shows the exceptional service. Rooms nice and cosy for me and my mother. The bar area was nice and modern and breakfast was very filling. We weren't sure where to eat in the evenings so the staff gave us a variety of nice places which was very helpful and the recommendation didn't disappoint. Will be returning again in September!! A,azimg little hotel, so polite and helpful. Room was lovely, and to step out onto the beach... is amazing...

Good service but awful old fashioned dirty rooms with mouldy bathroom barely functioning shower cracked paint work and smelling of damp 1star at most needs complete overhaul

Room was disgusting had glass from the lap above the bed all smashed over my pillow and bed room wasn’t cleaned once while staying there and got bitten a few times while being in bed shower hardly worked and everything was outdated. Wouldn’t advise didn’t help us once when we ask where stuff was about the town

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , 8” tv mounted on the wall that kept crashing. Room was very old fashioned with horrible bedding. It looked like it hadn’t been used for years. The shower was about 30 years old. There’s people in prison with a better rooms.
