The information sent in advance of the trip was first class. This included watching a video about our motorhome that was invaluable when we arrived at our first stop in the dark. The paperwork and evidence required was straight forward. On the day of pickup, the CamperFun Team explained / demonstrated everything then watched me drive round the block a couple of times just to get used to the extra width of a motorhome compared with a car. The mobile home we hired was perfect for our family holiday. It was very well equipped, clean and all as described. The admin was straightforward and the team were very responsive to messages. We would use this company again and will recommend to friends
We have used Camperfun 2 years running and have been really happy with the booking and return service provided, answered all questions promptly when requested. Easy pick up and return process. We have used two different campers and both have been enough for our needs. Perhaps a few more saucepans and utensils check before leaving them as unfortunately this time there wasn't any glasses, something I should have pointed out them, my mistake.
