Took my car there when it developed a coolant leak. I mentioned I had the extended warranty and asked if the $100 deductible would be all that I'd be required to pay, considering that's what the warranty papers say. they said yes, they'd take care of everything else. Then they decided to charge me extra because they do not charge by the labor guide, they over charge. When I argued with Gina, the manager, her response was "It's not fair to our technicians" but apparently it was fair for them to lie to me.
I bought a 2015 silverado from another dealership, I bought an extended warranty with it, I started having electrical problems with it, I pull into campbell go in an ask them if they could keep my truck until they could get to it cause I knew I didn't have an appointment and it was the weekend, the guy at the service desk said no they can't help me cause I didn't have an appointment and I didn't buy my truck from them. Drove 2 hours to buy a 2017 ram 2500 with 34k miles. Supposedly in like new condition with remaining factory warranty. Upon inspection the truck had a lot of performance upgrades like deleting egr, tuner, exhaust and track bars for rear end welded to frame. Which voided the warranty they told me it had. The back fender wells and rubber from burnouts stuck to them that had been spray painted over to cover. The frame cross member had mud and grass jammed in it.
