We’ve been circling campbell Chevrolet for months, making sure we delt with the same sales man so that he could help find the perfect suburban for our family. This past week we found a suburban online that we liked. We called and told our sales person we were on the way. Had a good experience with the salesman and got a good deal on the vehicle we bought here in July. Unfortunately the bad far outweighs the good when dealing with this business. The bad: The vehicle had not been cleaned or detailed properly. It had hair and crumbs in it. The real problem started though when they charged us the wrong amount of sales tax (we live in Indiana). RecommendedSales people were awesome. Best car buying experience ever. Answered every question. Took care of every concern. No hassle and we left happy.
They said they “changed my oil” which they didn’t, my oil was still dark and I had the same filter that I put myself. Worst part is I never took it for an oil change, I simply asked for them to check a noise that was coming from the front wheel.
Great place to work bought car many of places and this was definitely the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle, our salesman billy and as well as Eric Eubank was hands down the greatest to work with go see these guys for your next vehicle purchase!

Service Consultant Dino Crnkic of Campbell Chevrolet is the best! My sis & I were traveling through Kentucky, headed to Florida for an urgent matter when my tire blew late in the evening. The next morning we went to Campbell Chevy at 7:30 am. Dino greeted us. I explained the situation and Dino went right into action. Had a car for 2 weeks, the transmission went out. All the seller could say was “I’m sorry to hear that” Definitely will go somewhere else, me and the rest of my family.
