Not sure about the other departments here but was forced to deal with the parts department there today. The manager I spoke with is either a crook or just not very knowledgeable about the products they carry. If you need something I would advise you to drive across the street to Leachman.
I’ve always dealt with them it was my go to car dealership and I’ve always recommend them. But the other day the sales manager was rude. Then we stopped by today to see what they had because we’re seriously considering buying a car and no one came out to see what we wanted etc. this was one of the worst experience I’ve ever went through. So we won’t be back here.
I bought a 2015 Hyundai Tucson at the used lot. Ben Bucher did a fantastic job at making sure the transaction was smooth and the car was working properly. I’d definitely recommend Campbell and Ben for sales.
I will recomend Campbell Chevrolet to everyone in the market for a vehicle. Doing business with them was a Truly enjoyable experience. They are the same kind, honest and professionals from start to finish. Excellent service beyond the sale. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick today however, every last person working here is excellent.
We highly recommend Campbell Chevrolet. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships through out the years but this is hands down where we will continue to do business. We just want to thank the used car manager, and everyone else involved especially Tyler Howell, Tyler worked his butt off to get us what we wanted and I hope he knows how much we appreciate his honesty and hard work.
We were in town with the Corvette Caravan August 28. Dino Crnkic in Service made every effort to get our Corvette repaired and on the road same day. Fantastic customer service! You guys know how to take care of the Corvette family!
