My dad bought a car here and I drove him down there to pick up his vehicle the next day. Upon leaving door panel is broke popped out when he first rolled window up. The back of seat was glued on long enough to sell it you can see where the glued it. Shakes when breaking I found bushings bad in lower control arms. A/c was only cold for a day. Clicking noise coming from right front wheel when backing up and turning. 1 key fob with low battery was all came with a 2016 car. I know a lot of this is petty stuff but when dealership... read more
My wife and I went out today just looking to get an idea of what we like. We went to Campbell Chevrolet and spoke with Kayla for a few minutes, test drove a car and brought it home that evening. I’ve never purchased a vehicle before but I 100% thought it would be a hard thing to do. Nope. Not at all. Kayla was the actual best. Highly, highly recommend. We love our new 2016 Honda Accord. After bad experiences at other car lots, I was pretty nervous to go try at Campbell, but I needed an SUV big enough for my family so I went anyways. Thankfully Alan met me in the parking lot and made the entire process go smoothly. I’ve referred 2 people to Alan & he’s sent them home in cars the same day too! I will continue to refer everyone to Campbell and I’ll always make sure to tell them to “ask for Alan!” Thank you to Campbell Chevrolet and Alan for getting me into an SUV that I love!! ❤️
So I totally loved our experience with Salesman Alan... Big Shout out to Campbell Chevrolet. We were on our first day of vacation and started having problems with oil pressure. Although they were booked for the day they got us in and back on the road in no time!! Great service and very friendly!!
