The houses are fine, but Campbell Buchanan company is awful to work with. So many delays, poor communication and rude staff that are constantly changing. I wish I never bought a house from them. Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth, and they still treat the completed part of the development like a building site with no respect for tenants 2 years on.
Absolutely beyond incompetent from the moment you have bought a home from these people it’s an absolute nightmare. Rude, inconsiderate and most of all completely incompetent. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM - you will regret it

Caution before buying a house in a newly built area! The constitution site workers used loudspeakers to play rubbish music, they reacted quickly but didn’t really solve the problem completely, the workers either spoke very loud or played loud music in the residence area. The newly built area should consider the quality of the residents’s lives who are already there, As first buyers, they need to suffer loud noises from building a house but not workers’ bad working habits.
