Very fast and very thorough work
Such a wonderful team. From the moment I told the receptionist that I had poured laundry sanitiser over my face, the team swung into action. I was called to the practice, both eyes were flushed out with a specialist solution and an optometrist checked for damage. So professional and so kind - I was feeling very stupid. I have been a patient for decades and I cannot speak highly enough of the practice.
Excellent and incredibly kind medical staff and team. They have taken great care of me when I needed it the most. Thank you!
What a pleasant and enjoyable experience we had for my little 3 year old boys first optometrist appointment. We were greeted by friendly staff and shown upstairs to some comfy seats. Gillian our optometrist was fantastic. She made my boy feel safe and welcome by chatting to bim and asking him question. Meeting him on his level - yes even lying on the ground to look in his eyes.
