Excellent Service department, took care of all my needs and a very personal staff.
I did have a 2013 ford fusion, it was serviced recently. While at the Dealership picking up my Ford Fusion. I ran into a Salesman( Rudi Myonyonyi) who has been touching base with me by phone, asking if I was ready to buy that SUV I've been wanting but didn't think I could purchase? Service Department is on Point. Can't say enough about Jacob.
Top notch service and car inventory. From the first moment I sent my online inquiry to driving my car off the lot, the service and courtesy is impeccable!!! Everyone is prompt with responses and information and very attentive. I new exactly what I wanted to purchase and I drove my new car home the very same day I arrived to view and test drive it. I highly recommend going to see Rick and his team.
Service Dept is THE WORST EVER!! Ryan has a very could-not-care-less attitude towards the incompetency of his service advisors and mechanics. Delivers nothing but rehearsed, scripted Lip Service. Smug, flippant, cavalier responses to direct questions asked of him with no logical explanation offered. Unbelievably HORRIBLE experience here. Steer clear of this place for many reasons. Two of whom happen to be, RYAN and JUSTIN.
I have had great experiences with the service team so far. Haven't had any major repairs done yet but will expect the same level of service from Josh and his team as before.
