Liars and thieves do not trust anyone from the service department. They will Lie to you and make up Stories for unnecessary work to be done on your vehicle to milk every single penny out of your pocket if they can. They will lie to you and tell you you could get the work done anywhere else but they only have the computer software system to make sure that the car is 100% done correctly which is all lies. My husband and I purchased a car and had the worst experience ever. They showed us the vehicle in the back, knowing we were coming, didn’t have the car cleaned (even though it had been on the market for 17 days), and it had a flat tire. We left empty handed with the promise of it being delivered two days later. Two days later and we made four calls over a four hour time frame with no delivery time. They finally said it will be there by 3 pm. Low and behold...3 pm rolls around and no car. It is now almost 7 pm and no vehicle.... read more
After haggling with them for two days we got a deal done. Four days later they called and said they couldn’t do the deal as structured. This dealership is a waste of time.
Collin was a great salesman, he was knowledgable about the vehicle, very patient, didn't pressure us to do anything. Art in the finance department was a pleasure to work with. We had to leave after we made the initial deal and before signing the paperwork, we left and went home to let our dogs out and such, while we were gone they did the detail on the vehicle and got all the paperwork ready.
