Nick Gillet was amazing really went above and beyond during our first buying experience at this dealership July 5th. Also Blake from finance was also helpful and making sure we stayed in our budget. We appreciate everything you guys did for us especially after our drive from yuma to look for a new vehicle.
Excellent service so far when buying our new 2018 MKZ Hybrid. Rick Silverman was able to find us our favorite color of red and light tan interior within one day of visiting their show room floor. His back up John Halter gave me a very in depth run down when picking up the vehicle. A few documents were not signed when the purchase was made so they were hand carried to our home to complete the deal. So far very pleased.
This is absolutely the WORST dealership to do business with!!! Customer service is atrocious!! Not one person greeted us when entering the building yet there are FOUR employees sitting at computers to the left the minute you enter the building. Resting bitch face is an understatement!!! Don't let them "wash" your vehicles either unless you like a cheap drive through car wash. Also make sure you have 9 hours to wait or you will be quickly angered and disappointed!!! I CAN NOT express enough how horrible the service is!!!
Had a great car buying experience. Worked with Rudi and his team. I got an amazing used vehicle at an amazing price without having to play the usual dealership games. Got my car home and noticed a few minor things on the body I had missed when inspecting the car prior to purchasing, called, and they made it right the next day. Overall a great experience.
