They did a great job getting our Mustang through service and fixing a recall issue in one day.
My first time at a Ford/Lincoln dealer, unfortunately it did not end in a positive experience; lots of promises to 'make a deal' or 'get my business' on a used car, plus several phone calls over 5 days from the sales staff (even the owner Mr Knowles) but in the end they lost a potential new customer (and a future MKZ buyer).
Great service, helpful staff and very trustworthy. We have purchased 3 vehicles and serviced all at this site and are very happy with the service and quality of work done.
We Love our 2017 Lincoln MKC Reserve ...this baby is loaded and we enjoy every ride we do. John Halter our salesman is top of the line. My vehicle was returned with a broken windshield which was ignored by the service person who drove the vehicle to me. The crack in the windshield was 3' long, from top to bottom, but the service provider turned the vehicle over to me and said "All set!" When I pointed out the crack, he told me how "Arizona is hot" and cracks sometimes happen when the car is washed---in other words, tried to disclaim responsibility. It was very poorly handled.
I depend on you. You charged me $115 for a diagnostic and failed to tell me that my cooler in the A/C was out or very low,j That's pure sloppy diagnostics.
