I received amazing service from Michael and the team at Lincoln. They took care of a laundry list of items for me: new backup camera, new rear wiper, new key fob batteries, and a couple other smaller items. Excellent communication and care!

I will NEVER IN MY LIFE do business or affiliate myself period. This has been a nightmare and very poor service. all they do is lie I wasn't able to pick the color or the type of car I wanted Managers sat in my face and just lied I have three contracts for a car that was listed for 19k contract 1 got me at 51k for this said car I asked about the price then contract 2 41k on the same car. Don't both make an appointment for an oil change, it doesn't make it happen any faster. 4 hours and 15 minutes later, the truck is finally done. Just an oil change. This is unacceptable. There were a few recalls that they said they would fix but after over 4 hours of waiting and nothing got done, it was time to leave. When asked why make an appointment if it is going to take 4 hours, the response was, "The only reason for the appointment is to ensure it will be done that day." This is a first for me!!! I'd like t o thank Brittany for all her help in getting my first service check up on my new Ford Focus. There was really nothing for me to do but pull in hand over my keys wait for call that it was ready. Once I got home there was an email with my service information that my car had a clean bill of health. This is my first new car in thirteen years. I would recommend to all who know me shop there first for your new car, I think you'll be very pleased.
