Went to Camelback Ford for an oil change and to check the right outside mirror which has been vibrating when traveling at highway speeds. The oil was changed with no issue. They checked the mirror and determined that it needed to be replaced. They took pictures of the mirror and sent them to the Ford Motor Co. who requested them to view. A week later, I am still waiting to hear if the new mirror arrived for replacement. My F150 is still under the warranty period.
I had the clutch replaced in Colorado springs while visiting there. After the replacement the car (2015 Focus under warranty) shook very badly at idle. I took it back to the ford dealer in Colorado springs and they said there was nothing they could do. When I returned home, I took it to Camelback Lincoln/Ford and the technician was not willing to stop until he found what was wrong. Customer service was terrible, diagnostics are way too expensive. They are busy and spread thin and you can definitely tell the moment you walk in.
First of all we took our truck in and told them about fuel leak. They couldn't find anything. Two days later fuel was pouring out. Called service adviser; after 2 calls would not call us back. Took truck in and they wanted to charge us. 150 just to diagnose and tell us yes it has fuel leak. Rediculous. And they don't remove that charge if you have repair done. Terrible customer service.
Josh is the best, what more can I say. He is professional, friendly and detailed on what they will do and what they will not do. He lets you know the cost up front and doesn't try to push you into anything you don't want to do..
