If I could give no stars I would! 1. Deluxe room, what a joke! 2. Bed was dirty & the sheets and it stank of cannabis. 3. While room stank of cannabis & dirty. 4. Bathroom was damp mould & no sink. Utterly disgraceful hotel room, a tent would've been preferable and at least clean with no risk of catching something nasty! Urghhhh just a horrible horrible experience, should be closed down and fined for false information & promotion of something it isn't.
Just returned from 3 nights for my twins birthday absolutely fantastic service staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Room was clean and tidy all facilities worked and fantastic staff will be returning next year
The location is fantastic, with stunning sea views, especially from the large balcony in our family room. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and checked in on us throughout, which made us feel really looked after The accommodation was exactly what we expected for the price, and overall a really good experience. We’d happily stay again. Thank you!
I would give the cambria a 1/10 rating and the star is only for the location. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night as a rare family night away ,1 with a sea view and 1 without a sea view. I don’t know how they can advertise it as a deluxe room! Both bathrooms were mouldy and smelt of urine. The rooms had a dirty musky smell, and the carpets were stained and everything felt sticky. I do appreciate that you get what you pay for but I have stayed in student hostels that were a better standard than this hotel... When first entering the premises, you were greeted to filfy carpets which looked like they had never been hoovered and a strong smell of cigarettes. The room itself was extremely dated, furniture and appliances were broken/ damaged, the carpets and rug were so dirty and sticky that we were afraid to take our shoes off.
