I went here for the first time the other day to study for finals and ended up accidentally leaving my laptop on a chair. When I realized it late that same night, they responded immediately via Facebook message and contacted the baristas who had worked that day to see if it was still at the store. They were so kind and helpful in getting me my laptop back, and they had great coffee!!!!
