I mean where do I start with this place, I am no snob by all means necessary but this place lacks the very basics of hospitality, we stayed yesterday for 1 night, hottest day of the year so far and when walking into my room (27) I was plunged into what can only be described as a furness! No windows had been left open to circulate the air, to then go down to reception to ask for a fan, lady behind reception had the only fan in the hotel and basically wasn't bothered whatsoever about the guests welfare. We was welcomed by a nice lady and so far loved it go to the room which was half decent bed a little stiff but it was good enough so sleep well in. However the toilet randomly just stopped working so we couldn’t use the toilet and in the morning a different lady greeted us nicely and we had breakfast and paid for it but went to check out and the staff was talking bad about us behind are backs as we stood there not realising we was behind them .

Perfect for a cheap couple of nights. We are two 18/19 year olds and so price was more than worth it due to centralness, easy bus routes etc. So close to everything we needed for our stay. The main let down was the shower: freezing cold or boiling hot and no inbetween, and also extremely low pressure. If you're staying here for more than a couple of nights, its either go stinky or be lowkey burnt/frozen in the process of showering. Check in/out process was easy. Only been here a night, cant fault it if you are looking for cheap accommodation, no shower but has a bath, you can't help everyone. Folk complain there is no bath. Its basic but very clean. Staff are very helpful. I would definitely stay again, this was also recommended
