I’ve been a member for over a year and now Cali has become a staple part of my routine. I was unfit, overweight, lonely and lacked motivation- which all added up to lethargy and low mood. Attending regularly has helped me to see results, gain skills and feel part of a lovely community with great coaches and members. I’ve increased my membership to three sessions a week I love it so much. I couldn’t recommend CaliUnity more! Thanks guys 🙏
I never thought I could be one of those people who has been to the gym before school drop off. But much to my own surprise I have been (happily!) doing this a few days a week since joining CaliUnity in July. I have always loved exercise but have never been a fan of the gym - the bright lights, noise and not having a clue what to do when I get there. I joined this gym in September and I really love it! The classes, coaches, facilities are all top notch and I always enjoy the time I spend there. The timings and location of the gym also work really well for me. Highly recommend
Love this gym!! If you hate gyms but love getting fitter, stronger and healthier, then this is the place for you. No machines, no people with headphones on just there to show off. Lots of chat, encouragement, acceptance and friendship.
The workout is top notch and the coaches and members are all so positive and helpful. It's more than a gym, it's a community of likeminded individuals focused on fitness, wellness, and the community. Where else can you learn new skills, increase strength and flexibility, and make new friends at the same time? Cali really is a unique gym and community. Did your gym give you a personalized birthday card on your birthday? I bet not!
