Getting into your 40s for men can suck. Physically it’s harder to maintain fitness, things start going wrong and everything takes longer to heal and recover. I was pretty nervous about joining Calisthenics Basingstoke at first, unsure if I'd fit in or keep up. But from day one, the team made me feel completely at ease. Coaches Woj and Olivia are amazing, they really take the time to understand your individual needs and guide you every step of the way. The members are just as supportive; everyone cheers each other on, no matter your level. It’s a genuinely inclusive and uplifting place that’s helped me grow stronger and more confident, both in and out of the gym.

Amazing place with lovely coach and family minded members. Everyone feel welcome, whether young or not, fit or not, strong or not, Woj always suggest the right level of workout for your strength. Regular goals review and social event, the quarterly PB day is here to have fun and measure your progress. Whether group class or PT with either Woj or Olivia I recommend this amazing place to have fun while improving you fitness and balance. Not the boring gym you find everywhere else
