Second time around to receive quite poor customer service. We walked into the salon and sat down, the staff saw us coming in but none of them greeted us or asked what we'd come in for. The lady then asked me after 10 minutes of us just sitting there what we'd come for. It was an upper lip wax which is at maximum a 1 minute job. She didn't tell us how long we would have to wait either. I had to ask her. Went to this shop after reading the reviews went and had my nails done and after one day nails coming up rang up to tell them and said I would have to pay to get them fixed plus one of the nails is bent will not be using this shop again
