Staff were rude . Was told to sit down and was rushing another lady who then was arguing with the staff about how poorly he did his work on the clients nails . Then was told I couldn’t have French tip because of one nail . And then filled all my nails off so I had none left and rushed my nails had bits of blue all over my skin and not shaped properly.

Booked for a pedicure. Was asked to come for 5:30pm - I was hoping to come for 6:00pm. The lady said to come at 5:30. I rushed to be there, had to arrange childcare. The lady then had me waiting for 20 mins - I asked her what was happening and that it was really difficult getting to the appointment at the time she insisted. The lady then said - I won’t give you the pedicure now! Completely unreasonable and unprofessional behaviour. Treating people with no respect. This place has got so much better now that they have a new lady! It's now clean and the lady is really good at doing acrylics. Recommend giving it another try as she's really good. Very happy with first set she did and the infills. Been back seve times and really happy with my holiday nails!
