Warning....State farm is not the good neighbor they promise. They leave families who suffer loses, due to no fault of their own, hanging out to dry with no vehicle and two children to take care of and still not making a fair offer. Stay away from this insurance company.

the stolen property claims is about 1/2 of current about to replace the car. I found 2 comparables that were selling for 2x the amount that they offered to replace it. This is a ****company. I would give them 0 stars if I could

I have been sitting on a no fault claim going on 50 days. Still don’t have my car back and StateFarm refuses to pay the rental fees up front that have now cost over $2500 and counting, out of pocket. They refuse to take responsibility for their delay in sending an adjuster out 9 days after the accident, along with another 20 days of delay on a supplemental agreement with the collision center. The claims adjuster actually yelled at me on the phone when I said I would proceed with legal counsel because I expressed my disappoin... read more

Good evening, I’m Edgar R M******* am reaching out to you for the reason that State Farm insurance has been giving me a very difficult time and has been for the near 2 year’s. I’ve made so many calls to my agent and to corporate as well and still have not been situated. I get the run around and have to keep chasing them with my debit card after I keep requesting for auto pay and State Farm only reaches out to me once my bill is past due. I was shopping for a new insurance company hoping to get a better price. I called state farm for a price They said they could save me aproxamley $50.00 per month. Based on this information I setup to cancel my account with A******* at end of month, and start with State farm Based on the information supplied by state. After I canceled my account with Allstate, I received a call from State farm saying he made a mistake. And he would have to charge me an additional $50.00 per month.
