state farm will not pay my claim.. its been two and a half years. no return phone calls or letter response.. i want my car repaired.. my name john
State farm's 83 year old driver who can't see or hear very well backed into my car and state farm refused to pay for even minor damage. If they avoid minor claims they would never pay a major one.

After faithfully staying loyal to State Farm for almost 10 years and entrusting them to insure my home and autos, always paying my premium on time without being late I "assumed" they would be just as loyal to me in any unfortunate situation that I may need them. I recently was in a accident 1 month ago on Valentines Day and the other person was at fault. I filed a claim immediately with my insurance which is State Farm. Please note that I am paying for FULL COVERAGE on my brand new truck that is not even 6 months old. State Farm REFUSED to pay the correct amount of the estimate that it was sent to them and I am planning to SUE STATE FARM for fraud. This is unacceptable, and I am paying FULL COVERAGE.
