Director is rude and abrupt and refuses to engage or listen to the customer. Despite querying matters several times they ignore issues then add invoices on at end. Really matters that should have been quoted for in the first place (other contractors picked up and I provided video evidence and emails to Cairn who ignored). They are quick to invoice but workers turn up late and spend most of the day on their phone. Very poor communication. Would not use or recommend in any way.
