This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. A huge thank you to Fiona for such a warm welcome at check in and check out. Rooms are super, modern, clean and with lovely tolileties, tea, coffee, water. Breakfast cooked to order. I highly recommend!
We (Flotek Group) have our head office in Bridgend, with other offices across the country. We have adopted Cae Court as our preferred location for our team visiting - usually around 5-10 nights a month. The hotel is fantastic - quiet & secure with great food options & the rooms are lovely, but the service is what really keeps us coming back. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and occupied Room 2 for the entire stay. Booked the hotel due to the convenience and proximity to the facility that I was due to have my training. Because we had to have a long drive from Newcastle, we checked in around 8pm on the first night. Staff were friendly and very helpful - couldn't do enough for you. This was an amazing stay! We had two rooms and both were a good size with a comfy bed and lovely soft bedding. It was spotlessly clean and had ample space to stow away and store luggage / clothing. A nice little table with cups, glasses, kettle and hot beverage selection. The bathroom was the best I’ve ever seen!
