Want to give a shout out to Phil Delaney & Ron Furlong at Cactus RV for providing an RV rental service for the racers at Tucson Dragway!!! You can't beat the convenience of having a clean, top of the line, "home" at the track ready to move into for the weekend, and then just going home when the weekend is over! No hotels, no fast food, no leaving the track early, or getting up even earlier to get to the track = Cactus RV FTW!!! Thanks again, guys...you all are awesome!!!
I bought a 2017 Shockwave toyhauler from cactus RV and I purchased the extended warranty for it too , I have had multiple problems with it , the AC quit working and so did the Refrigerator and the hot water tank , took the unit to a forest river dealer in Florida and they informed me the warranty will not cover the repairs so I called Cactus RV because when I purchased this Unit from Salesman he had told me the warranty would cover everything on the camper all the way down to a flat tire with the extended warranty, when I sp... read more
Can’t say enough good things about Anthony! He was a great guy to work with. Made sure we had propane, water and enough gas to head to our camp site! We bought a Genesis 23ss, we have been camping with it for a week. Love our new toy hauler! �� we’re a happy customer!
Love our Shockwave to bad can’t say the same thing about the dealership. Trailer has had many issues and after 3 months they are still not fixed. Poor communication. Awful service department. We live in Phoenix and have had to take the trailer back and forth and still have issues. There are more miles on the trailer tires from going back and forth to the dealership then out camping. Not a happy camper at all.

Good sales and great people, well some, the service side sucks .....get everything in writing no one can stand by what they say they can do.....will be going elsewhere for my rv needs
On our way home to Havasu with our new 2018 Genesis 32CR 5th wheel toy hauler attached to our truck. It's beautiful and hubby says super easy pulling behind the truck.
