CACTUS RV SERVICE CENTER/REPAIR Highly professional, Angel goes over the rv with you to learn what needs looking into and/or repair. He constantly kept us informed. Due to unforeseen circumstance our trailer was not completed on the day we were to pick up. Angel went in on the weekend, his day off, and finished the repair. Picked up our Genesis Supreme 32CR XL on Saturday! Phil Jr., Ron, and the rest of the staff were great to work with! Helpful, knowledgeable, and we really love that they are all actually people who camp ... and can answer all your questions (from experience, not just looking up the info). A fellow camper came over when we pulled into our camp site and told us that two of his kids bought GS's from Cactus, took them home to Oregon, and are extremely happy with their rigs and the customer service. we bought a 23ft Forest River, Heritage Glen & are absolutely delighted w the tt, Mike the salesman & Angel at the service center. Very accommodating, no pressure sales & several return visits to measure, compare process information. Angel has been extremely helpful w tips for hooking & unhooking. Small issue w solar panel easily resolved. highly recommend this company & nothing but praise for product, service, & follow through.
