We bought a minivan from them in October 2022. We were assured that a few minor items would be fixed and a 2nd key fob would be provided. We tried making multiple appointments but by the time we could get in, we were told they weren't required to fix anything or provide the 2nd key fob since 30 days had passed. Back in November i purchased a car from there and i was disappointed in the car they sold me. I had the car for a litte over a week saw oil leaking. So luckily they gave me this warranty 2 years or ***** miles. I called several times no answer left messages and emails. No Pressure We were looking for a 2003 Ford f150 for our next truck. Checked out this place and found a nice truck with low miles. While it wasnât the cheapest one in town we found it to be a good value considering it only had 43,000 miles. Easy low pressure place to work with. I would buy from cactus auto again.
A Trusted Dealership I've purchased two vehicles from Cactus. Both great deals. I'd buy again. Good people, good cars. What more can you ask for? Sorry about the guy who had bad luck and posted a negative review. As they say, "Stuff happens" but not too much at Cactus. That's why I bought my second vehicle from them!
Cactus Auto Made Things Right Earlier I left a negative review because an employee took $200 and left no record of it so Cactus Auto would not refund my money. My husband just called and let me know that Cactus Auto called him and said they are going to refund the money and make things right. Thank you Cactus Auto for making things right, especially to the one who took the time to do the research and find that there was proof that we had paid the money. Thank you.
I put my down payment on May 28th was told it would take a week to complete the vehicle repairs. It is August 3rd I have never picked up my vehicle
