I purchased a Crest tritoon from Cactus Rv and they were the best polite professional then I had an accident and required some work done and a recall work on the Mercury 150 I went in today to pick it up after a month and the Owner became super upset and began to curse at me in front of my 6 yr old daughter because, the comment I politely said was the work should have been done the 1st time and he called me ungrateful along with some very derogatory comments if i could have … See more

Their honesty and kindness won my business….My girlfriend purchased an RV from a competitor and we discovered we needed a drop hitch for an overpriced weight distribution setup. I went to Cactus RV and spoke with the owner, Phil. He was very kind and talked to me about the hitch we purchased and actually GAVE me the part we needed. Went in to purchase an outboard motor in Jan 2021 and the owner informed me that he didn’t have any inventory because of the f___king Democrats!! Not the kind of attitude that I’d patronize.

They let their alarm go off at all hours of the night and they don’t care if people work or are sick with COVID. Their alarm will disturb the peace for hours at a time and they don’t care. This is the type of people you are giving your hard earned money to. I wouldn’t support this business. Let them go under!!! Then alarm problem solved.
