Worst experience of my life, spent $7200.00 on a car that didn't last 4 months, XXXXX miles. Best advice is go somewhere else, anywhere else. They ripped me off, lied to me and failed in every way to resolve the problems I brought to their attention regarding the transmission. ****** the GM would not repair or replace the transmission. He did not address his failure to properly service the transmission before the sale, the transmission fluid was low at the time of the sale causing the transmission to fail over time. CACTUS RV SERVICE CENTER/REPAIR Highly professional, Angel goes over the rv with you to learn what needs looking into and/or repair. He constantly kept us informed. Due to unforeseen circumstance our trailer was not completed on the day we were to pick up. Angel went in on the weekend, his day off, and finished the repair. Not only did he take time to explain the repairs, but also extra time giving us "trailer 101", as this is our first trailer. He handled the warranty paperwork, and all was covered. Great customer service.... until you sign the papers!! After that... they leave a lot to be desired!! We replaced the dead batteries our toy hauler came with ourselves. We ordered our own dvd remote. Thanks for nothing!!
Picked up our Genesis Supreme 32CR XL on Saturday! Phil Jr., Ron, and the rest of the staff were great to work with! Helpful, knowledgeable, and we really love that they are all actually people who camp ... and can answer all your questions (from experience, not just looking up the info).
