We are really pleased with our loft conversion. From our initial meeting with Simon & Tyrone, we were impressed with their professionalism & how they listened to our needs/wishes. This continued throughout the build and the team were great to have on-site; informing us of options & working with us to get the end result we wanted.
We were delighted with C&A Johnson's loft conversion on our house from start to finish. From initial design to the final woodwork their workmanship was always of an incredibly high standard and the process was well explained, smooth and timely. We recently had a loft conversion completed by C&A Johnson in Bristol, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Simon, the sales manager, set the tone with clear, friendly communication (both via email and phone) making us feel confident and informed at every stage. From start to finish C&A have been absolutely fantastic. When original plans were refused due to the AONB requirements Simon had new plans drawn up, approved by ourselves and submitted within 10 days. C and A Johnson planned and built our loft extension (July to October 2024). They really know their stuff and carried out the work promptly and with great skill. Everyone working at our house was friendly and very tidy. Simon Johnson did the planning and paperwork and Tyrone Johnson was the day to day project manager.
