Very impressed with the work undertaken by CR Roofing. Chris was very thorough explaining how the work would be undertaken sorting our garage roof, ridge tiles and other repairs. Jason was quick to respond to any concerns I had via email. The teams undertaking the work were extremely professional and courteous. Excellent service all round. Update - As part of the guarantee I needed some minor repair work after heavy rain. Phoned Jason and the following morning Chris was round sorting the problem out. Very pleased with recent work carried out by c r roofing. Friendly & very knowledgeable team.
This company charge for items they don't fit! My elderly mother was charged for a drain that was never installed. They lied to her and said there was no connection to another dain. As a result the outer wall is now damp and the plaster is falling off. Guess what there is and always was a drain to connect to. It's on all their paperwork so they new it could be done. When asked to put it right they said my mother had agreed to it. Utter nonsense and totally unprofessional standards. Avoid at all costs!

After finding a leak in my 88 years old moms bedroom we contacted c r roofing who promptly came round and carried out the repair Chris I think she said was friendly and polite and professional mom has hearing problems and has been ripped off before these guys are the real deal would highly recommend
