We have a GMC Quigley Conversion Van by Explorer. We live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and we purchased our van in Minnesota as it had what we wanted. We had issues with van and we searched for what seemed like weeks for someone to do basic warranty work on it. We would pull in and they would immediately say no. We have all GM parts and Quigley parts and nothing else. Have extended warranties.. Long story but C. Harper is the only one taking care of it and they say they will as long as needed. The staff has always worked with me and helped with getting my car repaired. I cannot say anything bad about C. Harper.
Bought a used GMC Sierra in February and have had nothing but issues with it since day one and c harper will do nothing for me. I have bought 3 vehicles from them in the last 10 years and I will never buy anything there again
Extremely frustrated how my car turned out after an accident realize that it's not the mechanics or C Harper's fault it's just a shame that I have to pay for wrecked vehicle for 7 more years it doesn't look like it originally did. Just bad luck I guess.
Brandon P is a great guy! Unfortunately I have a lemon car they sold me a few years ago! Have had it there several times, thought I could get a new one, not many deals right now! Keep looking though!
