I have now been taking my car to their service department for about a year and every visit I am completely satisfied. Will continue to do so. They are very friendly and answer any questions you have. My husband purchased a 2016 Sorento in Oct and our purchasing experience was great as well, Craig is great to work with.
My salesman was great. This was my 3 rd vehicle from here and my wife's 2nd. Service is ok but the finance dept and Lisa are terrible. Manager was very pushy. I'm in sales and in the auto industry. This is no way to run a business. They screwed up my payoff and want me to pay for their mistake. But Rick was a great salesman

Horrible Service Experience: Took my 2014 Silverado in for a service check today. After completing my oil change and tire rotation, I made it a quarter of a mile down the highway to see my rear tire shaking as if it was ready to fly off. Pulled over to see 4 of my 6 lug nuts hand tight by 2-3 threads. Had I not noticed this in a timely manner, there's no telling how much damage could have been done to myself or other drivers around me.
