Transferring my Volt’s care from Baierl to C Harper even though it is an hour further because of their great care. You know they “walk the talk” when your advisor drives the same car. Baierl was clueless and costly

To get into the review of this place would take me hours to type out. I’ve stated my complaints in a customer satisfaction survey. I doubt it’ll do any good. My business will go elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware.
Stopped and looked at a Chevy Colorado and only thing they wanted to do was a credit check . I told them I want the price of the trade in they will give me and price of the truck that we weren’t ready to do a credit app . After 2 hours still wouldn’t do the credit app ,no numbers but the Colorado won’t work how about a Silverado .
