Spent 2 hours waiting to test drive Transit van, had appointment and asked to be called or e mailed $ of vehicle. I never heard from them again. I then called and talked to store manager who said he would call me right back. he never called. I am going to buy a transit van but I wouldn't go back to this bunch of arrogant time wasting people again. worst service ever !!!
RecommendedI stopped into C Harper for some advice on a 2015 Camaro I purchased from another dealer. As C Harper didn’t have any of the models I was after available. Bill in parts is excellent. He helped me fix my problem free of charge. I was pretty impressed with this experience with having a previously negative experience that C Harper has since corrected. Considering this over the top experience I will be a returning customer moving forward.

Bought a car here in December. The salesman was great, patient, informative and not pushy. But dealing with the rest was an absolute nightmare. My mom was looking for a car and wanted to stay local so I recommended my salesman. I was due $50 for sending them a referral. Months later still nothing. So glad my husband went to Blue Knob instead of C. Harper when we went to buy his truck after our experience here.
They are fast and get it right.
