Went in last Saturday to BUY a new vehicle. Walked in to the showroom and although there were salespeople standing around NOT one of them even acknowledged us. We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

Great service. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Especially Clay Cova. He took great care of me when I needed tires quickly to leave for a trip. I’d definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

CHarper is by far the worst dealership to deal with. The are the biggest scammers when it comes to their service department. They tell you they are “fixing” something that is detected in your vehicle and never actually “fix” it. They even leave the new part on the car for proof they didn’t actually fix it. 😂😂 I hope no one actually thinks this is a great place of business.

paid over $600 to have my wiring fixed to find out that it still doesn't work. my high beams are now my low beams and the same side it was brought in for still doesn't work. I would NOT recommend for service.
