If I could rate -10 I would. I have been trying to get my transmission repaired since LAST MAY. I took it to Harper 5 times and finally they said they would order a new transmission and would call me. THREE WEEKS LATER: no call and no order. They said "someone dropped the ball" and then blamed it on Kia. I took my Sorento to Shorkey and the tech drove with me for 30 SECONDS and made me turn around.
