When I called they were very friendly and helpful! Helped me with things the insurance company was telling that weren't correct and got my car safetly to their shops. Signing all the papers was easy and pain free. Sent everything to my email and took no time to fill out. They keep me updated throughout the entire process. I never had to call and ask what was going on like most places. Great experience!

My husbands car was in an accident. It turns out the damage was worse than it looked. We took it in to Three-C because of their reputation. They did a great job matching paint on a five year old car. They also handled all the negotiations with our insurance company. If the insurance didn’t want to pay something, three-c brought them back out to explain why it was needed! (At least 3 times' in our case). It did take 3 weeks to get our car, but, that was because of insurance. We ended up only paying our deductible. Great job T... read more

I was in a car accident two weeks ago, my car looked to me like it was totaled, but, I had it towed to Three C, simply because I know they don’t use after market parts. I had a car repaired there several years ago for that very reason. No matter what, if you value your automobile and someone else devalues it for you, take it to Three C so it can be valued again. Unfortunately, my car was beyond repair this time around. ☹️
Phenomenal service! I was in a panic because I was hit by someone in a parking lot, and was not having the best interactions with their insurance company. Three C helped me, and even put me in a rental car!

My car was totaled in an accident and I used three c and they allowed me to use their rental while it was all worked out. They handled my claim and dealt with the insurance company. They seem to be a helpful and honest company that does look after their clients and i would recommend them to anyone who has been in an accident.
