This is the second time I have had to use 3c. I’ve heard the commercials being warned about “big insurance companies,” this time I got to witness it first hand. I was rear ended shortly before Christmas and we will call this insurance company “wide” came out accepted immediate fault and wrote me a check for $2800. They lived up to their reputation in every way. I especially appreciated how firm they were with the insurance company in making sure the repairs were done right!
The 3C Body Shop in Chillicothe, Ohio is the only place that i will take my vehicles. It took me a few extra weeks to get my deductible paid they were so nice not to charge me to leave my car at their shop. After i got my car back the blower wasn't working, so i stopped in to have them check it. They looked at my car with no charge. I would only recommend 3C Body Shop to my family and friends. Three-C did a amazing job on my car and made it look like brand new once again.
I wasn't able to get my car fixed (not their fault) but I would still recommend them to anyone! They are very prompt and take the stress away after an accident.
I had an amazing experience from the first call til pickup! Once I called to schedule a repair, I was in within a couple hours and set up w a rental. They always kept me informed on where my car was in the process and I picked up my car on the day that it was promised to be done. Even though I hope to never need another repair, I know exactly where I will go if I need one! And always the first place I recommend to anyone else!! Thanks Three C!! My car looks brand new!!!
Used Three C 18 yrs ago and the work was excellent. When our car was rear-ended recently, I knew Three C was the right choice. Unfortunately, the car was deemed a total loss. However, the entire process with Three C was great. I appreciate all the help that 3C body shop gave to me with the insurance company did not want to pay for the damage they handled the whole process from start to finish and I didn't have to deal with the insurance company anymore they was very fair and honest with what they had to say and very professional and respectful I would recommend 3C to anyone that has a vehicle damage and especially if you have to deal with an insurance company the insurance company will try to rob you and 3C stop them from taking advantage thank yo... read more
